Super 8 by Wyndham Crystal Lake

Sam (receptionist) and Ryan (maintenance) are so helpful and truly do everything they can to help their customers. Sam has helped us with getting the lowest rate possible while also has been helpful with extending over the phone while I was not in the area for a few hours. Ryan is always willing to help with anything you ask, and is super friendly. This hotel is a great, affordable, dog friendly place and I would recommend it to anyone.

It was the cleanest Super 8 I ever been to. Hallway spelled nice and the washroom was spotless.

My overall stay here was comfortable and well managed. Staff interactions were professional and consistent. Service delivery remained steady during my visit. It was a dependable place to stay.

I’ve been staying here for a couple of weeks while I have some work done on my house. I have had a great experience. I have some disabilities so I needed a handicapped room. The room was great!! Very clean!!! Queen size bed along with a comfortable chair to sit and watch tv. They also have a desk and chair in the room also. Along with a frige and a microwave. The bathroom was very clean and spacious!! Housekeeping comes by every day to clean the room unless you post the sign outside your door saying room service is not needed. Housekeeping makes the bed and changes the sheets and gives you fresh towels and washcloths. They also take out any garbage and sweep the floor. Housekeeping does a great job!! The room is very spacious. Comcast TV with tons of channels and free WiFi. The bed is extremely comfortable and plenty of pillows!! Plenty of lights in the room and a huge window that you can open if you desire. The staff is great!! Sam, the Manager of the hotel, has been great to me and very helpful when I needed help. He is great person!!! He has taken care of me when I needed help and I couldn’t be more grateful!!! Sam truly knows the meaning of customer service and goes beyond to make sure all guest enjoy their stay. The other staff members have been helpful when I needed help. There are always a staff member at the front desk 24/7. The lobby is very clean. The staff is always mopping the floor and hallways throughout the day. They have a personal computer in the lobby for guest to use and a laundry on site. They have a free local newspaper every day and an ATM in the lobby. The breakfast is good.. They have Honey Buns, fruit cups, yogurt Raise Bran and Frosted Flakes. Also, coffee, tea, milk and orange juice every day. They are planning to get waffles and bagels in again. There is a McDonald’s right next door to the hotel. Less than a minute to walk or 10 seconds by car. There are plenty of places to eat along Route 14. All around one mile from the hotel from either direction. So finding a place to eat is not a problem. They also had vending machines in the hotel in case you get thirsty or have the late night munchies. The price is very reasonable and it’s a one floor hotel with multiple entrances so you don’t have to walk through the hotel to get to your room. Pets are allowed if have a dog. This was my first time staying at a Super 8 Motel and I have nothing bad to say about it!! My experience was great and I would definitely come back and stay here again!!! I recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Thank you Sam and your staff for making my stay very pleasant!!!

Great Stay! I didn't expect much for the price I paid, but was pleasantly surprised! Nice upgraded clean rooms! Cheap soap, but I bring my own so no big deal.

Great place to stay,very clean and excellent service.The breakfast is free and they have coffe brewing all day!

The staff are very pleasant and the free breakfast was nice and the coffee was exceptionally fresh. The room was clean, no musty or smoke smell and the WiFi worked great. Will return
